摘 要

隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展，也已進(jìn)入信息化時(shí)代。為了使管理更高效、更科學(xué)，決定開發(fā)餐飲管理系統(tǒng)。

餐飲管理系統(tǒng)是飯店，酒店常用的一直平臺(tái)操作， 這個(gè)是基于B/S模式餐飲平臺(tái)展現(xiàn)，我們使用的是MyEclipse +mysql模式。餐飲平臺(tái)操作是凌架于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)上的一個(gè)平臺(tái)，是實(shí)體店餐飲系統(tǒng)的一種延伸和互補(bǔ)，也是直接和客戶交易的途徑。在我們國家，基本上80%以上的都會(huì)使用餐飲系統(tǒng)，在都努力為節(jié)省人工而努力。鏨于此，實(shí)現(xiàn)餐飲管理系統(tǒng)，已經(jīng)成為了未來必不可少的工具。

本餐飲系統(tǒng)是為了各大商家酒店而創(chuàng)造的，這酒店一定有多年的經(jīng)營經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累，無論是商家，顧客都做好了準(zhǔn)備，設(shè)計(jì)主要六個(gè)階段的進(jìn)行分析和設(shè)計(jì)，設(shè)計(jì)方向運(yùn)用的是B/S模式，直接采用JSP技術(shù)進(jìn)行基本頁面功能的設(shè)計(jì)與功和實(shí)現(xiàn)，后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫使用MySql數(shù)據(jù)庫。本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)為餐飲管理系統(tǒng)，為餐飲酒店的管理工作提供良好的條件。

Abstract

With the rapid development of computer technology， ten thousand restaurants have entered the information age. For ten thousand restaurant management more efficient， more scientific， decided to develop ten thousand restaurants catering management system.

In this paper， top-down structured analysis method， describes the 10，000-a fully functional dining restaurant management system development， operational processes and some of its core technology. This paper conducted a project overview， a brief background of the project development， project development and project development objective meaning; followed by the system planning stage， the actual business processes through research， analysis of the systems organizational structure， specifically the completion of a million restaurant food and beverage management systems requirements analysis， feasibility analysis， analysis of existing business processes， and through the optimization of the existing business processes， business processes obtained system; followed by systematic analysis of concrete to complete the data flow analysis and data dictionary; system design phase was completed for the division of function modules， database design and system interface design. The stage of the functions of each module in detail the design， forming a functional block diagram of this system， selected on the basis of the appropriate development model; database design first for the concept design， followed by a logical structure design， the final completion of the database table design.

According to the first few stages of the analysis and design， the system used in the design of B / S mode， using JSP technology for basic page design and implementation of function， use MySql database back-end database. The system design and implementation of ten thousand restaurants catering management system to run as a foundation for the ten thousand good restaurants to provide food and beverage management conditions.
